bone-broth-recipe

Our bone broth recipe is here just in time to boost your immunity and get you through the colder winter months. Using bones from a Clean-friendly source such as wild game or organic lamb or chicken makes this a perfect recipe.

This simple food supplement has been gaining popularity over the past couple of years as a traditional nutrient-dense cure-all for common health ailments. The benefits of bone broth include youthful skin, stronger bones, and an extra gut support. Essentially, bone broth is the new green juice.

A heartwarming bone broth is a nourishing food loaded with good fats and nutrients. Have it as a drink or add it to meals.

Basic Bone Broth Recipe

  • 2 pounds of bones
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • water to cover

Place bones, water, and vinegar in a pot for 1 hour to help minerals release into the stock.

Add vegetables and boil. Remove any film that forms on the top of your broth.

Reduce to low heat and simmer for 24-72 hours (turn your stove off at night while sleeping).

Cool broth, salt, and serve or store in your fridge or freezer.
