Are you looking to boost your immunity this season? Try this medicinal mushroom tea in place of your daily cup of coffee.
Coffee can be dehydrating and taxing on the detox organs, especially during a cleanse. By replacing coffee beans with a medicinal mushroom tea, you are flooding your system with immunity-activating beta-glucans. The bitter taste of medicinal mushrooms increases with their potency making them the perfect coffee alternative.
Medicinal mushroom tea has many benefits such as balancing our immune systems to help our bodies handle everyday stress. Certain mushrooms can curb cravings, increase energy, and improve immunity function. The bioavailability of these adaptogens increases with the use of hot water. The specific medicinal mushrooms in this tea work synergistically with coconut oil to provide a boost of clean energy.
Make this medicinal mushroom tea part of your daily morning routine and give your body an advantage as we head into cold and flu season.
