2 tablespoons ground chaga

1 tablespoons dried astragalus

1 tablespoon dried elderberry

2 teaspoons dried licorice root

2 quarts of water

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Pour 8 cups of water into a pot then add the elderberry, ground chaga mushrooms, astragalus, and licorice. Turn on high and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Strain the medicinal mushroom tea then add to a blender along with the vanilla and coconut oil.

If using the reishi capsules, open them up and add the powder into the blender. Blend on high for 45 seconds then pour into a glass and enjoy!
