Made with summer vegetables, these are like soft chips, roasted to perfection and super addictive but don't worry, there's no harm in eating your fill of them. They're entirely healthy and family friendly, yippee! I make huge batches when there's an abundance of summer squash and put them on salads, use in egg dishes (post cleanse of course), on gluten free pizza, as a french-fry-esque side dish, as a healthy snack. . . no matter how they're used, they always disappear instantly!
Meet Patricia Cleary. She's a Nurse Practitioner for Clean, assisting our community with medical issues and questions. She's also constantly inspiring our team with her amazingness and incredible work ethic, along with her ability to balance work, family and be a total rock star mom while making time for herself as well. Patricia learned a new word on our team retreat to Costa Rica: dope (in the "wow, that's totally dope, aka rad!" usage and I know we all agree that she is one of the dopest women we know.
