Macadamia and Marcona Nut Cheese

This is a recipe for nut cheese, soft and creamy, made two ways.
Macadamia nuts are easy to find and high in healthy saturated fat which helps speed up metabolism. Marcona almonds are high in protein and we use them for this recipe because they come already peeled. Pine nuts and cashews would work as well.
You could also use regular almonds, but if you want them skinless (which is recommended for this recipe), it's a pretty involved project, so we'd suggest finding already peeled nuts for this versatile and delicious "cheese". Check out the serving suggestions below and enjoy!
