Haddock En Papillote

En papillote is the French term indicating that this method of preparing fish involves steaming in parchment paper. You can also use aluminum foil, but I love how pretty and crinkly the parchment paper is; pretty enough to serve, steaming and still in the paper, at the table. l love how many possibilities this method of cooking gives you.
