Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

Often a smoothie is the best breakfast to help you feel nourished and energized. You can get on with your busy day without having to digest a heavy meal, and knowing you have packed in plenty of nutrients. We recommend having one every day with your dose of Daily Shake for maximum feeling good. Feel free to choose different berries or use plain coconut milk if you can't find a young Thai coconut.

serves 1

prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup frozen raspberries (you can also use fresh berries, but add 1 cup ice)

1 young Thai coconut, water strained and meat scooped out

2 tablespoons of cacao nibs or cacao powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

a few drops of stevia

2 scoops Vanilla Daily Shake (or one Vanilla Shake Cleanse Packet)

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
