Ginger Juice Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup freshly sliced ginger
2 cups water
Add-in options: coconut water, celery juice, carrot juice, or lemon
Place the ginger and water in a blender and blend on a high setting for 30 seconds.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
Store the juice, refrigerated, in a container for up to two weeks.
Enjoy a shot of ginger straight up, or add a dash of stevia and coconut water. You can add a teaspoon of Purify, some sweetener of choice, and a little hot water for a soothing and calming immune-booster.
