We can use this potent juice as a supplement, and we can also have it as a warm and soothing drink whenever we might feel chilly or a little under the weather — it boosts circulation and gives our immune systems a kick. This ginger juice recipe also comes with a slew of other benefits to our bodies. Ginger juice helps to relieve nausea, stress, and menstrual discomfort. It can also help clear phlegm in the throat and clear the vocal tract.

Ginger Juice Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup freshly sliced ginger
2 cups water
optional: squeeze of honey, coconut water or water
Place the ginger and water in a blender and blend on a high setting for 30 seconds.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
Store the juice, refrigerated, in a container for up to two weeks.
Enjoy a shot of ginger straight up, or add a dash of honey and coconut water.
